I have given up on “Spiritual Direction”. It is elusive and in my opinion, not worth the effort. I spent several years trying to find a spiritual director to seriously direct me spiritually and I finally realized that the pursuit is simply not worthy my time or energy. Sorry to be such a downer but what’s a seeker to do?
