Everything with God in it is much more peaceful and less stressful simply because I am not alone and trying to do things (like New Year’s resolutions that most often fail) on my own without Him. This liturgical perspective helps so much with the anxiety the new year brings. My resolution was, One Day at a Time and now it is, One Day at a Time with God!!
