I believe we must make decisions and by trying not to decide we have made a decision. Let Scripture be our guide. If the Word of God speaks on an issue I want to be on the side of God. If Scripture is silent on an issue I hope I am lead by the Holy Spirit about how I feel and what I do. I believe we all will give an account of ourselves to God and we will all need mercy just as we need mercy now. Our country and our churches are in misery mostly because we have not been strong for the Lord. If we choose Jesus others will know us by our fruits. That doesn’t mean all people will like or admire us. I want to be strong in my faith and commitment so that if persecution comes my way I can rejoice knowing they persecuted the prophets before me.
