I understand that the cross is the symbol of sacrifice, but it is such a powerful and universally efficacious symbol of Christ and his work. I hear people constantly referring to their problems and how they are at the foot of the cross or carrying their crosses and think to myself,&quot; Really?&quot;]]></description>
